How to register?

Information marked with a star (*) is necessary to fulfill a successful registration.
Check that the information given is correct.
Next assign yourself a password. Recommended length of password is minimum five (5) characters.
Your username is the same as your e-mail address. Keep your username and password to yourself and do not transfer them in order to prevent malpractice.

You will receive a confirmation of your registration by email.

Please note that persons under 18 years old must hold permission from their caretakers in order to make purchases from Matteria Ltd.
All information remains confidential.

Payment

All product prices are shown including Value Added Tax (VAT) 23%.
Products and delivery must be paid before shipping takes place.
Choose your preferred payment method. You can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or Paypal (create an account in www.paypal.com).

Move to the preferred payment service by clicking on the option at the check out.

Methods of payment

Products and their postage are paid in conjunction with the order. The following methods of payment are available for the users of the webstore: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Sampo, Tapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankit, Saastopankit, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Alandsbanken and credit cards. Online payments are made by using the website of Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy. Payments can be made also beforehand by bank credit transfer.

Payments by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard

If you would like to pay by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Matteria Ltd will act solely as the marketer of the respective products and services and will provide the products to the buyer. All complaints and claims for compensation will be handled by Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy.
With regard to payments made by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy acts as the merchant of the product and the trade transaction takes place between the customer and Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy. The seller is liable to meet all the responsibilities related to the trade. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy is also the recipient of the payment.

Online banks

Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy (FI21228397) provides the financial and payment service for online payment in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy buys the payment and disburses it to the seller. For the customer the service functions like a conventional online payment.

When you have made the payment, you will return to the matteriashop.com web shop page for order confirmation. This means that you will get your confirmation by e-mail and your order has been accepted.

Make sure to write down your confirmation number in case you are unable to print or do not receive it by email. You will need them when you contact customer service:

Gift cards / discount vouchers

Matteriashop gift card is an ideal present for a friend far away or your sister who has it all. The gift card holder can choose his/her favorite products from our shop. The gift card is printed on recycled paper. You can choose to send the card to your own address or directly to your friend. The email gift card is emailed to you and you can either print it or send it to the gift recipient. There are no shipping costs on a gift card, only a 0,15 eur processing cost.

How to redeem the gift card:

Matteriashop.com gift cards can only be used online at www.matteriashop.com.

1_Find the items you want and add them to your shopping cart.
2_Proceed to checkout by clicking the ”Checkout” button.
3_Sign in with your e-mail address and password or create an account.
You can also order without registration.
4_Enter the code stated on the back of the gift card on the ”Gift vouchers & Coupons” field. Then choose the payment method for the possible additional payment.
5_Review your order and confirm it by clicking ”Confirm order” button.

Unused balance is not refundable. The gift voucher has to be used on one purchase.
